Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not happy with your piece for any reason, your money will be refunded, less shipping fees, within 15 days. No refunds will be given after 15 days. Returned items must be unused, with the original tags on the item and returned in proper non-crushable packaging.

Repairs:
Unless items are determined to be defective, all repairs will be performed for a fee. Please contact us for further information before returning any item for repair or replacement.
Pricing:
All prices are subject to change due to gold market fluctuation, and the size of stones. If a price increase affects
your item, you will be notified before we process your order.
Returns:
Please package the item(s) securely and include the invoice received with the product indicating the reason for the return. All original tags must be in place to recieve a credit.
Used items cannot be returned.

Handmade Differences:
All items on this website are handmade limited editions or one of a kind pieces. While we do our best matching gemstones & materials, note that slight differences in size, color and clarity of stones are unavoidable.
For your convenience we accept the following major credit cards: Visa & Mastercard or money orders.
Insure your items when returning them to us for exchange, credit or repair. UPS or Fed Ex is recommended, or U.S Mail requesting a signature at our end. We cannot accept product returns shipped C.O.D. & are not responsible for items lost in transit.
